Refund Policy

This policy applies to private guiding, itinerary planning, sourcing consulting, business translation, and digital itinerary products sold by Zara Lai China.

Service deposits hold your requested date and preparation time. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled service or call. Within 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied once to a future booking within 90 days, subject to availability.

Digital itinerary PDFs and downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered, except where the file is defective or the wrong product was sent.

If Zara Lai China must cancel a paid service and no suitable replacement time can be agreed, you will receive a full refund for the undelivered service.

To request a refund or reschedule, email hello@zara.example.com with your name, order date, service purchased, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
