Terms of Service
Zara Lai China provides private guiding, custom itinerary planning, sourcing consulting, and business translation services for international clients visiting or doing business in Shenzhen and nearby cities.
Prices, deliverables, timelines, and meeting locations are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment or deposit is received.
Clients are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance, personal safety decisions, supplier contracts, and final purchasing decisions. Sourcing support is advisory and does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, customs clearance, or commercial outcomes.
For sourcing engagements, Zara Lai China does not take supplier kickbacks. Fees are paid by the client only unless otherwise disclosed and agreed in writing.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Their terms and security practices apply to payment processing. Receipts are issued electronically.
Reschedules, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy linked in the website footer.
